Description	Opens the Preferences dialog box.
Arguments	{whichTab}
	The agument must be one of the following strings: "general", "external editors", "floaters", "fonts", "highlighting", "html colors", "html format", "html rewriting", "invisible elements", "layers", "browsers", "quick tag editor", "site ftp", "status bar", "css styles", and "translation". If Dreamweaver does not recognize the argument as a valid pane name, or if the argument is omitted, the dialog box opens to the last-active pane.
